The workshop suggests the cask, the cut and the finish, and replies with a quote.

We cut and build
By hand in Kherbet Kanafar, fitted to the individual cask and to the size of your room.

It goes to its room
Oiled and waxed for indoors, or sealed for the terrace, and ready for the room it was made for.
Questions people ask
How much does a piece cost?
Every piece is made to order, so the price depends on the size, the cut, the finish and the hardware. Send a photo of the space or the piece you like, with rough dimensions, and the workshop will reply with a quote.
Can you make it to my size?
Yes. Nothing in the collection is a fixed catalogue item. Each piece is built to the size the room needs.
Are these real wine barrels?
Yes. They are spent oak casks from cellars in the Bekaa. The original hoops are kept wherever they survive the cut, and the wine stain inside the staves is left visible.
Can the furniture go outdoors?
Yes. Indoor pieces are sanded back, oiled and waxed. Outdoor pieces are sealed against Bekaa summers and winter damp.
Do you work with wineries, bars and hotels?
Yes. Tasting-room counters, lounges, terraces and resort furniture are a large part of the work. Choose “Trade / hospitality project” on the enquiry card.
Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes, by appointment at the workshop in Kherbet Kanafar, West Bekaa. Call or WhatsApp first and the pieces will be out and ready to sit in.
